enoki mushrooms, asparagus and parsnip
Mushrooms week, recipe n.4: enoki mushrooms, raw asparagus, raw parsnip, purple sprouting broccoli, basil, hazelnuts. Dressing: extra virgin olive oil, cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
