cauliflower, dried apricots and ricotta salata
Cauliflower week. Recipe n.3: raw cauliflower, red lettuce, baby chard, parsley, ricotta salata cheese, hazelnuts, dried apricots. Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
